Open Question: Chelsea fans, any idea who we might sign, if anyone at all?

Man City's reserve 11 seems impressive enough to make the top 4. Arsenal, for once, have made some really good signings like Chamakh and Mertesacker. Even United have improved their strike force with Hernandez. All we have done so far is sign the top benchwarmer of England's 7th best club. And we've let some useful players like Ballack and Joe Cole go. Is Carlo really so sure that the same squad (minus Ballack, J.Cole, Belletti and probably Deco) can retain the league title?
