Resolved Question: Is this really the kind of signing that Torres will believe is top class?

I must admit i thought Roy was a good signing for Liverpool but if i was a liverpool fan i would be worried alot of playesr seem to be going and two free transfers....one out of form for both England and Chelsea since his return from injury. and another untested in the EPL. a £2mil scot and a £1.7 mil squad player. and now looks like Maxi will be going back to spain and a £2.5 mil rejected Squad player from Villa is the next big signing.....is this really aiming for top four or just not slipping back on last years finish? http://www.goal.com/en/news/9/england/2010/07/27/2044845/liverpool-agree-25m-fee-with-aston-villa-for-full-back-luke when i saw the headlines i thought Ashley but looks like Luke is what liverpool are forced to aquire now.......is this worrying if your trying to convince torres to stay?...
